Two of Ripe’s key property clients in the Middle East were shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Developer of the Year’ award at the 5th Annual Construction Week Awards, held in Dubai.Submissions for the award were open to all GCC real estate development firms involved in the construction of residential, commercial or industrial projects. The judges were asked to focus on build quality, aesthetics, timely delivery and evidence of intelligent master-planning, as well as the incorporation of sustainable construction techniques.

The other shortlisted runners up were Majid Al Futtaim for Sohar City in Oman, TDIC for Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island and ETA Star, for a number of its projects in Dubai.
