Background
Crosby Lend Lease are the large and well respected UK property developer arm of global giant Lend Lease. Responsible for some of the largest residential and mixed-use developments in the UK, their central Birmingham marketing suite serves as the main sales Hub in the UK.
Brief
To redesign the existing tired marketing suite to create an engaging and informative experience for visitors to the suite and show apartments. A particular emphasis on the use of new media and AV to enhance the experience was a key requirement of the brief.
Solution
The entire existing structure was ripped and we literally started from scratch. Obstructive partitions and dark interiors were replaced to create an open and inviting environment that would bring people into the marketing suite, when they previously just walked by.
Utilising touch screen technology, electric frosted glass partitions and projection, the space was turned into an AV experience that had clear customer journeys defined. The content shown on the AV technology, also produced by Ripe, ensured visitor time was maximised and a real experience was had by all who visited, whether a serious purchaser or just someone curious to see what was going on inside.
Result
The buzz around the suite was enormous and visitor levels quadrupled immediately, particularly from people just passing by and curious to see what all the excitement was about.
