ISIS corporate brochure

Background

ISIS was formed in 2000 as a waterside regeneration specialist. The company’s aim is to develop important but neglected land assets along Britain’s rivers and waterways. ISIS’ shareholders are British Waterways, AMEC Developments and Morley Fund Managers.

Brief

To design a corporate brochure for the business that can be used to communicate ISIS’ ambition and current portfolio activity to key stakeholders, opinion formers and influencers.

Solution

Ripe designed a perfect bound undersized A4 brochure to reflect the company's high quality and quiet confidence. The format also respects ISIS' relative youth. We used different papers and 4 coloured trace paper sections through the brochure to highlight the key business areas of regeneration, sustainability, community and design. Each of these areas is represented by one of the colours from the ISIS logo. The front half of the brochure is dedicated to telling the ISIS story, while the later half focuses on the company's significant property portfolio and associated development projects.
