The V&A Waterfront are long standing clients of Ripe so it is great to see our two clients come together to deliver such an inspiring and luxurious hotel under Table Mountain in one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
Ripe have created a short resort film to help the launch the latest destination in the One & Only property portfolio. Launching the hotel at the Las Vegas travel conference Ripe’s film opened the proceedings to a packed house of over 1000 Virtuoso luxury travel professionals.
Working with interior design partners Tihany Design in New York and leading local architect Dennis Fabian Ripe have also produced the computer generated renderings for the resort which feature in all the marketing collateral elements and throughout the film.
The top floor of the hotel will see three integrated penthouse apartments for sale at just over R100 million each. Yes of course we are marketing these as well.
